SEVEN SEAS STEEL INDUSTRIES LLC(SSSI)
SEVEN SEAS STEEL INDUSTRIES LLC(SSSI) was incorporated in 2004, this facility is located at Dubai Investments Park-1 (DIP-1). The facility of SSSI has four production lines providing a Cut & Bend capacity of approximately 15.000 tons/month. In addition, the facility also includes manufacture and supply of Welded Mesh, Drawn Bars, supply of Plain Bars, and threading operation (mechanical rebar splicing), one of the largest in the Gulf States. Under the wing of SSSI, we have recently added another factory at Dubai Industrial City (DIC) covering an area of about 45,000 sq. mt and. SSSI provides Turnkey solutions for some of the UAE’s most prominent property developments.
SEVEN SEAS TRADING CO. LLC (SST)
SEVEN SEAS TRADING CO. LLC (SST) was established in 1996, which was one of the first companies in Dubai, UAE of the OCM Group. SST was established to provide building materials supply solutions to the market, it has positioned itself as one the leading building materials companies in the UAE supplying products ranging from Rebar to Timber.
CORPORATE TECHNOLOGY FZCO (CTECH)
CORPORATE TECHNOLOGY FZCO (CTECH) was incorporated in the year 2001, with a specialized field of reinforcement steel processing. CTECH is located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone and is one of the leaders in the U.A.E. for Cutting & Bending of Steel Reinforcement Bars. Wanting to provide further reinforcement solutions to the industry in 2003, a first for the Middle East, the Group introduced Automated Pre-fabricated Cages for columns and piling works. The technology was successfully implemented for onsite fabrication of foundation cages at the Dubai International Airport Expansion Project, in excess of 150,000MT were fabricated and handed over to the client several months ahead of schedule.
